Beginning with this first day of May, I will post a Link of the Day for as long as I can find helpful or interesting Web sites. I assume that will be forever, since there are at least a few million to choose from now, with more added every day. I’ll start with the American Bar Association’s Legal Technology Resource Center, more commonly referred to as Lawlink. As the site says, this is a Legal Research Jumpstation, with links to many excellent legal research sites.

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims.
