For the month of September, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Illinois lawyer Evan Schaeffer has one of the most popular legal blogs at Evan Schaeffer’s Legal Underground. Attorney Schaeffer is a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer representing claimants in Illinois and Missouri. His firm is Schaeffer and Lamere, which publishes the The Illinois Personal Injury Blog. Check it out.
The Legal Underground blog is a great mix of serious legal commentary and provocative messages. As the subtitle of the blog states: Most of the fun is in the comments.
