For the month of September, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Some are new, and some have been mentioned here before. Today’s entry is:
Virginia lawyer Bernard Dietz has a new blog on Internet Law. Even if you don’t practice Internet law, since you’re reading this message, that means you’re on the Internet, and you are affected by Internet law.
Bernie is an Internet lawyer whose blog is intended for Internet entrepreneurs and web business owners interested in Internet legal issues and information regarding Internet deal-making. He specializes in representing Internet businesses. He negotiates and drafts Internet contracts and website agreements that protect his clients while helping them grow their businesses. He has been handling Internet legal issues for more than a decade and was involved with Internet businesses from the very early days of the commercialization of the Web.
Blog topics include recent domain disputes and arbitration results, strategic relationship deals of interest, online risk management issues, and intellectual property issues relevant to online businesses. Web entrepreneurs and internet business owners will find information that will help with their online ventures.
