For the month of March, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Today’s entry in March of the Blogs:
Washington, D.C. lawyer Michael D.J. Eisenberg writes a fun blog called Amicus Canis — For legal professionals and their pets. Michael practices law in the areas of Federal Appellate Law, Regulatory Counseling, and Environmental Law. He explains his blog this way:
I figure the practice of law is entitled to have its fun moments; hence, thought the blog would be a fun way to track puppy/dog ownership and allow me to chat with fellow attorney-pet owners.
The discussions in this blog are geared toward pet owners in the legal profession. It is to serve as a forum for attorney pet owners to post and discuss everything from the joys and tribulations of pet ownership (best food, best veterinarian, best way to train, etc.) to funny and endearing moments a person’s pet can bring (your dog peed where?!).
Attorneys are welcome to contact me and link up their practice and/or blog with my site.
Please understand that this is a work in-progress. I am sure that mistakes will be made (with the blog) but cleaned up as it, and our puppy, Llama, grow!
