Link of the Day – Boston Immigration & Nationality Law Blog

For the month of March, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Today’s entry in March of the Blogs:

Boston lawyer Joshua Paulin publishes the Boston Immigration & Nationality Law Blog. Attorney Paulin serves immigrants in the Boston and Framingham metro areas, and his office provides assistance in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French, as well as in English.

Joshua’s firm handles all types of immigration cases, including: Deportation Defense, Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Naturalization, Family Visas (adjustment of status and consular processing), Employment based immigrant visas, Nonimmigrant Visas, including: H-1B – Professionals; K-1 – K-4 Fiancee and family member visas; L-1 – Intracompany transferees; O-1 – Aliens of Extraordinary Ability; and R-1 – Religious Workers.

He also practices employment law in areas such as violations of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and violations of Massachusetts law in regards to payment of wages and overtime.

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
