For the month of March, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Today’s entry in March of the Blogs:
Steve Evans is a business lawyer practicing in the Boston Massachusetts area. Steve publishes the Massachusetts Corporate Law Notes blog. Steve says “I created and maintain this site with the goal of providing a valuable, timely resource for anyone interested in legal developments affecting businesses and commercial activity. Although the focus of the site is generally on corporate law, as I am based and practice in the Boston area, this web site will tend to focus disproportionately on developments in Massachusetts law.”
He describes his law practice this way “My law practice operates under the trade name Inventure | Law and provides corporate counsel services to new ventures and established corporations. For companies with no legal staff, I handle the day-to-day legal needs including contract review, drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and other general corporate counsel work. For companies that have in-house legal staff, I add extra capacity when a full-time hire is not practical. In all cases, I complement any existing law firm relationship by focusing on the day-to-day needs that are outside the focus of traditional outside counsel.”
