Link of the Day – The Elder Blawg

For the month of March, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Today’s entry in March of the Blogs:

Ronald C. Morton is a lawyer in Clinton Mississippi who publishes the Elder Blawg. The Morton Law Firm focuses on Elder Law, customized Estate Planning and Business Planning. Their practice is devoted to protecting the lives and legacies of their clients.

Attorney Morton says “Ronald Morton formed the Morton Law Firm in 1997. Morton Law Firm is a full-service law firm located in Clinton, Mississippi. Providing a quality of representation most often associated with large downtown law firms, Morton accepts representation in a full range of civil matters including commercial transactions, business planning, general litigation, personal injury litigation, divorce and family law, asset protection panning, medicaid planning, estate planning, and elder law. The firm’s particular emphasis is on providing quality legal services in a cost-effective, efficient and results-oriented manner. We strive to produce the highest quality representation, bearing in mind at all times the economic, business, and personal concerns and objectives of our clients.”

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
