Link of the Day – Paperback Book Rentals

This really has nothing to do with personal injury cases or Social Security disability claims, but I think it’s a great new service. I spend so much time working or on the Internet (or working on the Internet) that I barely have time to read magazines, much less time to read books. So I hesitate to spend money buying books that interest me, but that I may not be able to read.

BooksFree.com is an online rental service that works much like Netflix does for movies. You pay a monthly or annual rate, and that allows you to order and keep books for as long as you want. The service works out to be cheaper than buying the books, provided of course you do order a few each month.

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
