For the month of September, I am going to use my Link of the Day feature to highlight legal blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. Some are new, and some have been mentioned here before.
I’ve got a couple of legal ethics blogs for you, one today and one tomorrow. Today we have Dallas lawyer James (Sandy) McCorquodale’s Client vs. Lawyer Blog. Nothing unexpected here, just good information about ethical situations that can arise between clients and lawyers.
I rely on that old advice that if a lawyer has two choices, one better for the lawyer and one better for the client, always choose the one better for the client.
