Actually, I’ve listed the Better Business Bureau as a link of the day previously. But now they have a spiffy new Web site with even more consumer resources. Here is their description of the consumer library:

Security Alerts – Information containing specific information to help recipients determine if they have received a fradulent email using the BBB name.
Tips – Tips and advice you can trust to become more savvy consumer.
Video Library – The goal of the Better Business Bureau Video Series is to educate consumers before a problem occurs in order to reduce the frustration and expense derived from poor purchase decisions. Video titles for the series are taken from the list of inquiries and complaints generated by the BBB system each year.
