March of the Blogs – Ernie the Attorney

For the month of March, I am going to highlight blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. A few have been featured here before, but they keep getting better. Today’s entry in March of the Blogs:

Ernest Svenson has been writing the famous Ernie the Attorney blog for what seems like forever (in Internet years). I’ve been a secret admirer of Ernie’s for years. Ernie kept us all informed during the Katrina buildup and aftermath, especially with his photos of New Orleans on his treks through the ravaged city.

Ernie writes about whatever the heck he wants to write about — commercial litigation, franchise law, PDF, politics, jazz, New Orleans, anything. He’s always informative and entertaining, and often quite thought-provoking.

I can’t imagine that anyone reading this blog doesn’t already know Ernie, but just in case, go read his blog.

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
