March of the Blogs – Jim Calloway’s Law Practice Tips Blog

For the month of March, I am going to highlight blogs that I think are interesting and useful. Some may not be directly related to personal injury or Social Security disability law, but all of us who represent injured and disabled people occasionally need help in other areas. A few have been featured here before, but they keep getting better. Today’s entry in March of the Blogs:

Besides being one of the nicest men in the United States, Jim Calloway is one of the most helpful when it comes to law office management and legal technology. Jim is the Director of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Management Assistance Program and writes Jim Calloway’s Law Practice Tips Blog. He describes his blog as “An Oklahoma-based weblog about law practice management, the Internet and technology as it applies both in law practice and in all of our lives.”

Jim makes several dozen presentations at seminars each year, and he served as co-chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2005. His blog is filled with great information for solo and small-firm lawyers. Jim has to keep his blog on a professional level because of his position with the Oklahoma Bar, but his wonderful sense of humor does occasionally make an appearance. Check it out.

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
