Wow — could this be true? The National Safety Council, in a report issued this month, estimates that cell phone use is involved in 24% of all motor vehicle crashes. That is an astounding percentage, and does not bode well for the future, as more and more people are talking or texting on their phones while driving. The report makes interesting reading.
