Social Security Disability Benefits Are Becoming Harder to Get

The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives has just published the Social Security disability allowance/denial figures for Fiscal Year 2013. They don’t look good.

Seeing them caused me to go back to some old figures I had, from Fiscal Year 2002. Here is a comparison of the Allowance percentages in 2002 and 2013:

Disability (Title II) and SSI Disability (Title XVI) Determinations and Appeals

Fiscal Year 2002 and Fiscal Year 2013

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
