ABA Eyes Cracking Down on Law Schools Over Bar Exam Failures

The Wall Street Journal reports that with an increasing number of law school graduates failing state bar exams, national accreditors are telling law school to do a better job preparing students for legal practice or risk losing accreditation. The American Bar Association is preparing a new rule that would require 75 percent of a law school’s graduates to pass a bar exam within two years.

From the news release of the American Association for Justice.

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
