Cars Said Not To Be Safe Against Lightning Strikes

ABC World News reported on the safety of cars amid lightning, saying that “Cars are designed to divert lightning around the shell of the car and down to the ground,” yet it can also “melt electrical systems and in some cases cause the car to burst into flames.” Experts advise pulling to the “side of the road and wait the storm out.”

From the news release of the American Association for Justice.

About This Blog

The title of this blog reflects my attitude toward those government agencies and insurance companies that routinely mistreat injured or disabled people. As a Dallas, Texas lawyer, I've spent more than 45 years trying to help those poor folk, and I have been frustrated daily by the actions of the people on the other side of their claims. (Sorry if I offended you...)
